2012 has had a great start for Stealth Records, highlighted by Sebastien Drums’ smash hit ‘French Rules’ reaching #2 on the Beatport House chart. Next up is a collaboration from the man behind the label, Roger Sanchez, and Dutch star Sidney Samson. In 2010, Roger and Sidney joined together for a North American tour, and again in 2011 for a show at Space, Ibiza.
‘Flashing Lights’ is the debut collaboration between the two artists, both adding their style & flair to the production. It’s a killer progressive track with a perfect balance of surging electro synths and big-room house beats.
The Stafford Brothers remix starts with a tech house beat and dark tones, eventually progressing into a full on banging big-room house beat. This one will be sure to get the dance floors moving!
Roger and Yvan & Dan Daniel’s mashup remix adds Roger’s signature tribal touch to the track. Along with new syncopated beats and electro synths, the drop in the track becomes even more epic!
Sidney Samson himself also has a remix of the track. Samson’s version captures his signature electro-house sound. The track has groovy melodic builds with super funky electro drops, and as always, that pounding bass.
“Sidney and I had great vibes working on this track together in Miami, and we really felt that it was a meeting of the minds in different worlds. The guys that we got to remix ‘Flashing Lights’ also represented different worlds. From Kid Massive’s huge hands-in-the-air synth break, Stafford Brother’s jackin’ tribal beats, to my remix to with Yvan & Dan Daniel, everybody has brought something to the table to make the lights flash brighter.” – Roger Sanchez
Flashing Lights will be released via Ultra Records in North America, Stealth Records for the rest of the world.
